1. How much is my house worth?

2. Valuation Appointment
One of our experienced valuers will visit your property to get an in-person appreciation of its value.
From there we can help you decide what asking price your property should go on the market for.
Depending on your goals the base valuation might need to be amended.
3. Mortgage Advice
If you haven’t already, now is the time to speak to a mortgage adviser. You need to know how much you can borrow and how much it is going to cost you to achieve your goals.

4. Prepare your property
The next step is going to involve your property being presentable.

6. The property goes live
You can digitally sign your contracts and give us your final authority by checking the property online.
We’ll email you when everything is done and we are ready to go live.
7. Enquires & Reporting
At this stage, there is not much for you to do. We will be busy doing our thing, dealing with enquiries, getting people to view the virtual tour, verifying the financial position of potential buyers, and steadily reducing the funnel down to an actual viewing at your property.
8. Conveyancing
Now is a good time to choose a solicitor. This is especially important as you get closer to selling your house. Good communication with the sales chain of solicitors can save a sale and sometimes even your money. This kind of partnering allows us to be a real hub for your property purchase.
9. Buying Research

10. Viewings
As soon as we get some interest in your property we will start needing to book viewings. We ask what position the viewers are in to make sure they can proceed. We also ask that they view the 3d property tour online before we book an appointment.
Now you will need to get your home presentable for viewing.
