Tenant Fees
At the start of a tenancy, tenants of George Property & Financial will be required to pay 1 month’s rent in advance and up to 5 weeks rent as a deposit.

Reasonable cost calculation.
We use the following calculation to calculate reasonable costs in the instances outlined above and further detailed in our Occupation Contracts.
Contractor’s costs + Supplier costs + Material costs + Agents’ time + Landlords’ time = Reasonable cost to tenant.
Agent time and landlord time are calculated at a cost of £30 per hour.
Contractors costs are deemed acceptable if they are within 150% of the average of 3 open market comparables.
Client Money Protection (CMP) and PI: George Estate Agents Limited has Client Money Protection and Professional indemnity insurance in place with Mint Insurance Brokers. Mint insurance brokers is a division and trading name of James Hallam Ltd (FCA No: 134435) Client Money Protection Certificate .
Deposits will be registered with the Deposit Protection Service.
