Tenant Fees 

 

George Property & Financial does not charge any tenant fees. At the start of a tenancy, you will be required to pay 1 month’s rent in advance and up to 5 weeks rent as a deposit.

Deposits will be registered with the Deposit Protection Service. 

You may however incur costs and deductions in line with your responsibilities detailed within your tenancy agreement.
